Community Liaison Full-Time

Excel at Woodbury has an opportunity for Community Liaison.

The Community Liaison’s role will include working with the community, assisted living facilities, and other providers in the senior care industry. They will need to identify, develop, and maintain referral sources.

Our Community Liaison will also need to attend events in the community increasing community awareness of Excel at Woodbury’s mission and values.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build a network and pipeline of prospective referral sources and partnerships for Excel at Woodbury
• Perform prospect visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and the community to educate and inform on Excel’s services
• Attend community networking events to create additional relationships for Excel at Woodbury
• Prepare presentations using Excel’s marketing materials
• Represent Excel at Woodbury at community functions
• Talk with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options that Excel at Woodbury offers

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 3+ years Sales and/or Marketing experience
• Intuitive, good listener, strong communicator, solution-oriented, driven
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detailed-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player
• Professionalism and discretion when working with families
• Knowledge of the local community a plus
