We are looking for a candidate who is customer service-oriented and will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
• Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
• Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones

We are looking for a Director of Concierge to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their time with us is pleasant.

What is the role of our Director of Concierge?

The Director of Concierge Services’ responsibilities includes greeting clients as they arrive and informing them about our amenities. You will also manage and supervise our Concierges, who offer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences for our guests.

If you have previous hospitality experience and are familiar with hotel procedures, like check-in/check-out processes, we’d like to meet you.

Our ideal candidates have a flair for communication, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Ultimately, you will manage our guest services department and our image by answering guests’ requests and making sure our visitors are satisfied.
