Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) Per-Diem

Surge Rehabilitation and Nursing has ongoing opportunities for Per-diem OTR/L’s.

This is a Per-diem position.

Our Occupational Therapist provides the following:

Provides and directs occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, and completes related documentation and communication.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Successful completion of National Certification Examination for OTR.
Clinical Setting:

Skilled Nursing Facility
Sub-Acute
