Excel at Woodbury is seeking a professional, polished Receptionist/Concierge.
Our Receptionist/Concierge is the liaison between the residents, families, and the facility.
This is a Per Diem position.
Various shifts available / weekends a must
Ensure rooms are prepared for new patients before they arrive
Greet and welcome all new patients, families, and visitors to make everyone feel at home
Review our guest services directory with new patients/families and answer any questions
Assist residents with non-clinical requests (ex. taking meal orders, transporting residents to activities, helping with television or telephone, etc.)
Share information and concerns from residents and families with the appropriate staff
Address customer concerns and answer questions if able, or direct customer to the appropriate staff
Work with multiple departments to ensure a positive outcome for our guests
Distribute customer satisfaction surveys before resident’s discharge and encourage its return.
Cover for Front Desk Receptionist when necessary.
Other tasks as assigned by administration.
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least 3 years of Customer Service experience
Experience working in a healthcare setting helpful
Must have an outgoing, warm and caring personality
Well-groomed and properly attired, professional attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate good listening skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
